How does Global Executive Coaching work?

 

Global Executive Coaching is a focused and effective* way to help your senior leaders meet the specific challenges they face. It is highly tailored to the needs of the individual in the context of your organisation and delivered to professionally accredited standards.

Success hinges on both parties understanding and working within the boundaries set:

Contracting & Assessment – Agree success factors, confidentiality, expected outcomes, roles and responsibilities, timelines and financial terms; assessments as appropriate e.g. 360 feedback, behavioural profile, observation is to elicit powerful and relevant feedback in real-time.

Feedback and Action Planning – Review agreed objectives, explored appropriate solutions.

Active Learning and Review – Dependent on the individual’s thinking and behavioural style, may include action learning, simulation, shadowing, journaling. Mid-assignment review to determine impact, recognise progress and address areas in which changes are still required.
